Gainesville Regional Airport (GNV) is located on the northeast side of Gainesville on NE 39th Avenue, just off of Waldo Road (SR 222, just off of SR 24), five miles from the heart of downtown and 15 minutes away from the University of Florida and Shands Hospital. The primary access to the Airport from the north and south is Interstate 75 (Exit 390, SR 222) along with U.S. Routes 441 and 301. Click here for directions.
The newly renovated terminal provides a full array of traveler amenities, including restaurant and bar, snack shops, gift shops, ATM, and free WiFi throughout. Comfortable lighting and seating are available in both lounge areas.
Air Service: GNV hosts four commercial airlines. American Eagle, Delta, Silver Airways (a United Airlines partner), and US Airways provide connections to hundreds of destinations across the globe, allowing our business community convenient and competitively priced access from Gainesville to the world. The Airport is served by the full service FBO, University Air Center (UAC).
